聖誕水果蛋糕



成份:

奶油  100公克
細砂糖  120公克
鹽  2公克
蛋  120公克
低筋麵粉  150公克
發粉  2公克
奶水  40公克
核桃  60公克
蜜之果  60公克
葡萄乾  60公克
紅櫻桃  適量
綠櫻桃  適量

步驟:

1 將葡萄乾泡水瀝乾備用;核桃烤熟備用。
2 奶油加入細砂糖、鹽用打蛋器一起打發。
3 蛋打散成蛋液後,分次加入作法2中拌勻。
4 再將過篩的低筋麵粉和發粉一起加入作法3中拌勻。
5 將奶水視麵糊的軟硬程度慢慢加入拌勻,再把作法1的葡萄乾和和核桃、蜜之果一起加入拌勻,即為麵糊。
6 將麵糊倒入已經抹油灑粉的中空圓型烤模中,放入溫度180℃的烤箱下層烤約40分鐘後,取出放涼脫模。
7 在蛋糕體的中空處,擺放上紅櫻桃和綠櫻桃,再使用緞帶在蛋糕體的外圍上圍繞一圈作為裝飾即可。
