濃味朱古力蛋糕 (Chocolate Cake)



成份:

無鹽牛油 40 g
砂糖 80 g
無糖黑朱古力 50 g
鮮忌廉 40 ml
雞蛋 3 隻
可可粉 30g
幼鹽 少訐
低筋麵粉 20 g

步驟:

1 把可可粉跟麵粉混合篩好備用。
朱古力和牛油助熱至溶解,放涼備用
3 將蛋黃放在大碗內,加入半份沙糖,用打蛋器打至忌廉狀(奶白色)。
4 拌入朱古力牛油溶液輕輕拌勻
5 將鮮忌廉徐徐拌入
6 將蛋白放在另一大碗內,加入幼鹽打至起泡,加入餘下砂糖(分三次)用打蛋器打至企身(起角)
7 將1/4 的蛋白拌入6拌勻(用刮刀),再加入剩餘蛋白拌勻。
8 一次過加入低筋麵粉及可可粉,輕拌至無乾粉粒
9 將8 倒入錫紙糕盆,放入己預熱的焗爐(180 C)內焗約40 分鐘(大糕盆) 或 20分鐘(小糕盆)即成。
