士多啤梨慕斯蛋糕 (Strawberry Mousse Cake)



成份:

份量適合: 6吋蛋糕

慕斯蛋糕
檸檬汁 3 湯匙
魚膠粉 1 湯匙
幼糖  150 g
蛋 1 隻  
甜忌廉 200 毫升    
羅拔臣士多啤梨啫喱粉  半盒
熱水 100mL
凍開水 100mL
清蛋糕片 一片(6吋)

裝飾
士多啤梨 適量
已打起的甜忌廉 適量


步驟:

(1) 甜忌廉用打蛋器打至企身備用。
(2) 將羅拔臣士多啤梨啫喱粉溶於100mL熱水中, 溶後再加入100mL凍開水。
(3) 全蛋加糖坐於熱水中打至乳白忌廉狀。
(4) 將魚膠粉及檸檬汁加到(2), 待魚膠粉溶到50mL熱水中後加到 (3)。
(5) 將(4) 分次混合到忌廉中成士多啤梨慕斯。
(6) 將一半士多啤梨慕斯漿倒進餅模,鋪平,放上蛋糕,再將餘下的啤梨慕斯漿倒進餅模,鋪平,放進雪櫃雪大約三小時。
(7) 脫模後可於蛋糕上放上士多啤梨及忌廉作裝飾。
