藍莓芝士凍餅 (Blueberry Cheesecake)



成份:

餅底材料︰
無鹽牛油溶液 35 克
消化餅 70 克

材料︰
忌廉芝士 250 克 ( 除非你係買1kg果d啦, 禁就要自己切, 如果唔係既呢, 岩岩好一盒細果d Cream Cheese 就係250g )
糖 50克
魚膠粉 2茶匙
水 少?( 只係用泥溶魚膠粉, 唔用得熱水, 當然冰水都唔得 )
淡忌廉 250 克
藍梅醬 3湯匙

裝飾︰
藍莓醬 3湯匙
新鮮藍梅 半盒

用具 :
6" or 7" 蛋糕模一個

步驟:

餅底做法:
1﹞把牛油溶液及餅碎攪拌好
2﹞把已攪拌好的餅碎平均倒入餅模壓實
( 我自己壓實左d餅碎之後會焗?0分鐘等妏璠, 但係如果你冇焗爐既可以放入雪櫃都得 )

蛋糕做法:
1﹞先將淡忌廉打起至企身
2﹞將糖及Cream Cheese打至軟身
3﹞加入3湯匙藍莓醬入2﹞輕力攪拌
4﹞約魚膠粉溶解, 後加入藍莓混合物中攪拌
5﹞約已打起淡忌廉分2-3次加入藍莓混合物中攪拌
6﹞將已經攪拌好的混合物倒入蛋糕模中, 再放雪櫃雪2個鐘
( 如果夜晚整既, 我通常會雪過夜 )

裝飾做法:
1﹞把蛋糕正櫃拿出後即甩模
2﹞把藍莓醬平均抹上蛋糕面
3﹞最後隨意把新鮮藍莓平均分佈於蛋糕上
