酒心朱古力 (Rum Chocolate)



成份:

煮食用牛奶朱古力 250克
煮食用濃味朱古力 75  克
淡忌廉 75克
Rum酒15克
步驟:

A) 先造好朱古力的外殼:
1)  隔水坐溶牛奶朱古力
2)  把朱古力溶液適量倒入已掃油的模型中(剩餘的溶液留用)
3)  把模型輕輕搖勻,務求溶液沾上模型每個角落
4)  把模型反轉,讓多餘的溶液流出來
5)  然後將模型放入雪櫃大約5分鐘定型

B)  煮酒心
1)  煮熱淡忌廉
2)  加入濃味朱古力攪勻 (用小火)
3)  加入Rum酒便成
4)  把酒心適量倒入A) 即已定型的朱古力外殼中。
     差不多完成了,只待在上面加上一層朱古力溶液封頂。

C)  封頂
1)  把剩餘的牛奶朱古力溶液再次隔水坐溶
2)  適量的淋上B4)之朱古力上
3)  放入雪櫃冷藏10分鐘即可
4)  倒扣出朱古力,稍加美美的包裝便可送給親愛的人囉!
